Meet Sam


With over 26 years of experience in Atlanta real estate and oversight of sales and marketing of more than one billion dollars of listings, Sam has become a market expert and industry leader. As Director of Sales for Engel & Völkers Atlanta, Sam has lead sales and operations for a portfolio of new home communities made up of condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes.  As a Managing Broker, Sam worked closely with Advisors to grow and provide service excellence to their clients.  Sam continues to work to bring his vast experience to the table for his clients, helping them buy or sell their homes in Metro-Atlanta.  

His background as a competitive residential real estate producer and strategist for large projects together with his signature collaborative style make Sam an effective partner in achieving client goals. He brings to bear extensive experience in crafting dynamic sales and marketing programs.  Additionally, Sam displays skillful experience in adapting strategies to changing market conditions and in creating market differentiation for homes because, every home is unique.  

These talents, along with Sam’s data-driven approach to market and competitive analysis, produce bottom-line results for his clients.

A native Alabaman who joined the United States Marine Corps after high school, Sam served honorably for six years before beginning his real estate career. Sam has called Atlanta home for more than 24 years. His free time is spent with his dog Cade, family, friends, pursuing classical piano and learning more about Atlanta’s history.
