Sam answered our enquiry about a condo in Atlanta one minute (!) after we filled in our request in Zillow's "Contact the Agent" section. This was surprising as it was actually around midnight (!) and we did not expect that someone was still working at that hour. We live in London, and were in Atlanta for the summer break and visiting our son. We had only 4 days before flying back to London to decide and if we did purchase a condo.
